Section 81

When the court appoints a date, every work to be done in the presence of the parties to the case shall be publicly designated and the work to be done on each date shall be disclosed in the date sheet.
(2) The work specified in accordance with sub-section (1) should be completed on the day specified. But if the work cannot be done on the specified date due to any reason, an open order sheet can be issued and another date can be set.
(3) In cases where the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff or the defendant, the court shall give notice to the office of the concerned public prosecutor of the date set for the hearing or action of the case in accordance with sub-section (1).
